The Moorelands Project

A production team that consists of two multi-instrumentalists/songwriters; Mike Krasnowski (vocals, keys, guitars) and Mike Greenwood (guitars, synthesizers), The Moorelands Project creates commercially appealing music that occasionally enlists musicians from across the Greater Toronto Area. In the summer of 2010 the concept for a Rock Hop and Roll band, which also functioned as an all-encompassing production team, was beginning to take shape. Though the duo has had many years of practice performing and writing for separate bands, the idea for a production team and thus subsequently a genre-bending album came only to fruition by means of dedication and good timing. Since both members were finishing up post-secondary degrees studying music, they decided to blend their tastes and talents with their academic knowledge to try and create something unique, inspiring and catchy.
