Timothy comes to you as dedicated seekers of honest, sing-able, and gutsy rock. Their performance speaks paragraphs of clean rock melody, thought-provoking music, which sweeps the audience along in ambient sound and taut, searching vocals. Timothy takes a crowded pub into the dazzling dark of a contemplative abyss, and then gently draws them back into the light with soaring anthems filled with the bold promise of starting all over again. Timothy is the light in the darkness.
Their latest EP, Maybe God Will Tell Us is a quartet of thoughtfully constructed and all-encompassing songs, conveying the earnest magnitude of adventure, longing, love and the glorious pain of being human. This demo conveys questions of the deep and searching variety, carried by carefully composed and inspired musicianship. This musical experience sums up a feeling that everyone has felt at some time; we are searching and will always be searching.
Next up for timothy is brief stint in the studio to release another EP in the summer of 2010 while playing the best venues British Columbia has for local indie rock music including the Bourbon (June 3rd), the Biltmore (June 5th) and a tour of the island and interior in July.
